      Pros

      Opportunity is given based on performance. There's very little company politics and lots of transparency here. Salary and benefits are fair.

      Cons

      It's growing extremely fast and infrastructure has not been able to keep up in some areas. But this is being addressed with a developing infrastructure fit for a company of its current size.
