      I've been at Bobtail for a year and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. The culture is inclusive and collaborative, with lots of opportunities for growth and development. Plus, work-life balance is a top priority. Highly recommend!

      The workload can be heavy at times, which can make it challenging to maintain work-life balance.
