Okay, I'm going to did a little deep on this. I thought i wanted to go to school for hospitality and become a bar manager. I like making drinks and working in fun, fast paced bars. This place changed my view on that. Over the past couple of years i have seen dozens of restaurant managers come and go. Some bad, some really good. The good ones always leave, the bad ones play the politics here very well, and slide by unoticed. Why would I choose a career here? No thanks. Polices are no longer followed, the respect we used to have is gone. We get hours shaved off our checks, and they don't post the gratuity sheets anymore like they're supposed to. Members scream at us and complain just to get a free meal. Favortism is everyway possible. When I first got hired I thought this would be a dream job, now, I will continue my search for a dream job

They managed very favotism they employee they like. Whenever, banquet manager doesn't like you he started yelling at you. If you go complain to Hr for the banquet manager they think is a joke. They Hr favotism
