      Pros

      Growing business with solid foundation for it's employees. Proud to work for this company which offers a diverse and unique line of equipment to our customers. Great people, room for growth, and a positive work/life balance.

      Cons

      Growing pains causing some disconnects but improving with time through identifying company strategy, hiring, and investing in the company.

      Pros

      Very friendly staff and the work meetings

      Cons

      Supervisors are lazy, team leads think they are a gift from god, and raises are none existent. They will offer you a cost of living raise so maybe 3% tops. Also, good luck talking about what you get paid, they are extremely open about punishing employees who do. Lastly, the handled COVID was a joke. They laid off employees to just then hire more the next month.
