- great concept scientifically - small studio

Cons

- THIS JOB DOES NOT PAY 60k, or even 50k. He lies to his employees, commissions goals were unrealistic. - Gene doesn’t not know how to talk to people and the community is tired of him. - the pay for trainers is too low - employee and member churn is high - no benefits

No guidance or training for my position. Corporate has no idea what they are doing. So overworked such little pay.
