      Great culture and a lot of benefits

      Pros

      -Tons of incentives including bonuses -Good health benefits and 7 paid holidays a year -Positive culture where employees encourage each other and are rewarded -We can wear jeans but we're expected to get our work done. I love the approach.

      Cons

      If you can't keep up with the pace of change, you won't last at BoldLeads.

      Pros

      The owners are really good people. It's nice to be able to say that I work for a company that is honest and truly wants what's best for it's clients and employees.

      Cons

      Just normal growing pains all companies encounter as they scale.
