      Pros

      Cool startup with some great opportunities. They have made some mistakes in the past (which are well documented here) but they are finally heading in the right direction.

      Cons

      Startup life isn't for everyone - definitely takes the right kind of person.

      Met some really smart, great people.

      Cons

      At times the work felt rewarding. Most of the time it was pure stress, bro culture, an unethical and toxic environment. It came from the founders and was pointless to try to make a difference.
