Really supportive upper management, progressive core values. Very inclusive work culture that aims to celebrate everyone.

Constant restructuring of upper management. Company tries to roll out too many new ideas too often and at the same time. Causes chaos and confusion.

They do give competitive wages for the part-time staff. Even if you're part-time, you can get health benefits and paid vacation. Upper management is now much more relaxed and eager to listen than in the past.
Cons
If there are problems, getting responses from upper management and HR is difficult. While there is training for the technical aspect of the job, there is no sales training, so some staff members need to improve their sales skills. There is a lot of infighting between opticians, management, and staff.
