Pros

No pros working with igloo books. Management are appalling, stuck in the dark ages

If you decide to take a job with igloo books you must be crazy. Very bad management, poor working conditions, treat people like dirt.

Great location - some good imprints - nice teams

Cons

Awful management - which stems from very top - says they are open then witch hunt if you give criticism.

Pros

Bonnier has an excellent HR department and good benefits. Nice office, too.

Cons

Bonnier really has no clue or commitment on how to leverage their online businesses. There are cumbersome overlaps in sales territories with the result that any one account manager may be the 5th or 6th person to call on an agency in any given week. All the business units act independently with no efficiencies across audiences. Stay away from any 'cross-brand' duties - the inanity will unnerve you.
