Pros
You get bonuses to make up for the terrible hourly rate you're paid but only if the boss pleases. You can still work your butt off and work overnights and still not get a bonus.
Cons
Almost everything you can think of. Working late hours because the boss would rather fly his plane, even working overnights without overtime. No social life because the boss will call you at home and make you come in on weekends. Strict rules. Boss will degrade you and call you names and make you cry. You will be the only person working there so if your computer breaks, you are IT. If you need to hire someone, you are HR and you do the interview. You are also the gardener and the maid. 70+ clients and you do the bookkeeping for every single one of them. It's impossible work and completely unrealistic. Normal outsourcing places give you 5 clients of your own and hire when new clients are signed on... not this place. Stay far away. You've been warned.
