Fun work environment but Cool problems

Pros
The actual work is fun.They mostly leave you alone to figure things out, which is great if you like that. Less great if you want hand holding. Salary is good and office is amazing.
Cons
Plans change all the time. You build something, then it doesn't matter anymore.

Been here 2 years and the work has actually kept getting more interesting. Real ML problems , fine-tuning LLMs, RAG systems, CV pipelines, deploying models and dealing with the production headaches that come with it. Competitive salary packages and Opportunity to learn and experiment new technologies
Cons
It's not for everyone. The expectation is that you figure things out and move fast. If you want a structured 9-5, this won't be it. Still needs good processes.
