      Pros

      Meet new people, great company building events, company parties. You receive tips when you're a party hostess, and the mngmnt team is open for ideas on how to score larger tips ie: magic tricks, games, interaction with guests. You have opportunities to move up or move positions throughout the parks amenities. Staff gets along great w/eachother! I really enjoyed the lasting friendships I've made through out the years.

      Cons

      Slow time for parties while school is in session.

      Pros

      Tons of experience with managing a team that consists of 20-40 employees. Experience in time management and multi-tasking. Friendly work environment, you work with friends.

      Cons

      Low pay for the amount of responsibility required.

      Pros

      Great work environment with friendly co workers and managers. It's a bit of a younger bunch of employees which can get pretty crazy.

      Cons

      Boondocks does not pay any position except for the GM's nearly enough for the work that they do, especially compared to other businesses of the same type.
