      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time working at Boppy. Great people and great products. Awesome benefits, and great place to be a working parent!

      Cons

      At that time, we were in the office 5 days a week and it was a bit of a hike to Golden. That may have changed after Covid though.

      Boppy is a company that truly values and cares about their employees. Benefits - The benefits package is awesome! Generous PTO and amazing healthcare options. Culture – Even with our remote office the Boppy team has managed to keep the great culture alive by… - Giving employees money to setup their own office - Giving employees time off to vote! - Hosting virtual happy hours with games and prizes - In lieu of a Christmas party each employee got a ‘party in a box’. Which included champagne and an Omaha Steaks gift card. Pre COVID-Activities - Wellness Wednesdays o Brought in smoothies o Massages at the office o Guided Meditation - Park party with games and food truck - Christmas Cookie/ Ugly Sweater Party The People – The best thing about Boppy are the smart and talented people. Every single employee is such an asset to the team. Everyone is willing to lend a hand when you need help. I love that you are encouraged to speak your mind and new ideas are encouraged.

      Cons

      We are continuing to work on identifying which ideas we should pursue (because there are so many great ones!) and getting more comfortable with the idea that sometimes 'less is more'.
