Pros

Folks are kind, smart, and really dedicated to and passionate about the work they do. Massive shoutout to the operations team; every single last one is absolutely lovely.

Cons

Oddly high turnover, not values-led, tremendously good at spotting potential but not great at timing promotions for that potential to management properly.

Engineering team is great. Coworkers are intelligent and capable, if you are able to learn on the job there will be industry knowledge to pick up.

Cons

Upper management is detached. Not always clear situation around funding. Projects got moved around or canceled .
