      - Work environment is intellectually stimulating - Freedom to be creative

      Cons

      - New Headmaster, Tim Belk, has history of changing teachers courses every year, preventing teachers from specializing and becoming truly excellent in their assignments. I taught 11 different courses in the 5 years I taught at this school. - Headmaster demonstrated very judgmental and condescending attitude when concerns were expressed - Course assignments were changed while I was on maternity leave
