Pros

Great organization, very forward thinking and technologically driven with reliable equipment, and best in class customer service. Everybody wants to win and the entire organization will work to make everyone successful.

Cons

Very high paced, fast moving environment where you are the master of your own universe. Some folks like guardrails and metrics, this is not that place. You dictate your worth and prove yourself everyday with every phone call, email, demo, and unit sold.

In my team, things are going smooth. As long as you are willing to reach the expectations, you will be fine.

Cons

Very fast paced, you will need to reach your weekly metrics, or sell enough to justify not reaching your daily quotas.

Pros

There is no micromanagement on my team. If you're doing well and putting the work in the trust comes quick. Success or failure is in your hands which is a great setup for this sales role. Management is quick to shout out top performers. Good team vibe. The CEO is still engaged at the ground level and easily accessible.

Cons

Some might say fast paced ever changing environment but that's what I was looking for so not a con for me but could be for some.
