      Pros

      I’ve been with Boundless Life since the early days, and it has been such a rewarding journey. The flexibility, supportive culture, and inspiring mission make me grateful to work here every day. I truly love my team, the leadership, and the mission itself feels meaningful — like you’re part of something bigger than just a job.

      Cons

      The only “con” is that the bar is set so high, it spoils you for any other workplace.

      To be honest, I don't see any positive aspects of working in this company. The few positive factors that would matter a lot in a healthy company (such as work freedom and flexibility) are completely undermined by the toxic environment and the lack of consideration for employees' well-being. Many colleagues have left because they were simply exhausted.

      Cons

      Terrible company, very toxic. If you don't agree with their guidelines or try to express a differing opinion, you can be sure your path within the company won't be easy. Various attempts to fire you or pressure you into quitting. It feels more like a cult than a company.Unpaid overtime hours, and promises of extra pay that were never kept. The bosses are more interested in their own interests than those of the employees, which is normal in a company, but here, employees are truly treated like numbers and nothing more.

      Pros

      Local team was nice and I liked working with them.

      Cons

      Where should I start. They say they use the Finnish education system, but ever teacher can do what they want in their classroom. They encourage or even require the use of devices in the classroom. Higher management doesn't know what they are doing, they don't care about local laws, and get very upset when given feedback or suggestions.
