Christmas party, annual giving of freebies

Cons

No paid leave, no sick leave, no health benefit, no maturnity leave. Low salary because they think we are a poor country

Pros

- Clear website and system - Have regular customer - Good supporting team member

Cons

- Bossy operation team. - Sometimes they get very demanding customers who want to have more but pay less. But they cant help the editing team to clarity the issue to customer but ask them to make thing for free or add those services to unrelative scopes.

I started working with BB thinking that as an Australian company, they would offer "first world opportunities" but, no, they just look for cheap workforce in countries like Mexico, India and Philipines, and they pay lower salaries than in local companies of those countries. Due to the pandemic crisis, i had to take the offer they made and stay with the company for some time. In a year and a half, i only met my manager 3 times, and had personal meetings with my team leaders around 5 times. No need to mention the heads of the company.... Some of their processes are absurd, they start looking for people to cover positions and they ask everybody who wants to take those positions, instead of evaluating performance within their teams, it ends being a popularity contest, as the positions are given to the people that they like not to the best qualified ones. I was rejected as a team leader despite my experience as they told me "I wanted the position for economical reasons, instead of passion about the customer service" REALLY????? After the interview they sent me an evaluation of my performance and everything was good, so, that was their only reason to reject my application. As many bad companies, they use a software to track you all the time, they take constant screenshots of your computer which is very uncomfortable.
