- Very positive, collaborative culture with knowledgeable and approachable colleagues. - Supportive and engaged management team, open to discussion and new ideas. - Modern, well-designed offices located in a pleasant and central area. International exposure with opportunities to work across multiple jurisdictions. - Strong focus on innovation, including increasing use of AI and automation. - Good scope to contribute, learn, and make a visible impact in a growing organisation.

Cons

- Relatively high staff turnover in some areas can affect operational continuity. - Processes and tools are not always fully leveraged, impacting efficiency. - Organisational structure could benefit from clearer role separation and ownership.

The team and people working here are great, the offices are nice and there are travel opportunities.

Cons

The management is poor, with constant restructuring, no strategic guidance. Benefits have been sized down.

Pros

All licenses available for global presence Some good people, but they all leave due to same reason... Get across the line, but at a high cost to the business Some good people who want change, and have the experience, but...

Cons

- Company structure gives CTO too much control over non-CTO departments. This results in poor delivery times within tech and product. IT are super slow to action requests - Commercial sales, needs a more experienced team, and not in Ljubljana - Cert team struggles, so commercial suffers - Culture and Cronyism is a problem, because if you are not from the main office and nor speak their language, you are excluded - little info is shared. FACT! Unfortunate, but true. Many have been in the company so long and will not do more until CTO approves. Many have no other international experience but are leaders in their roles...keeping things the same as they were 5 years ago. No change. No accountability whatsoever - or changes when things/people fail.
