      Working here is like having a family outside your own. Loved every second of it

      Pros

      Nice office location in the centre of Munich. That's basically all the good there is to say about the company.

      Cons

      As other reviewers have said before, the senior management of Bragi is beyond incompetent both on a professional level and with regards to managing people. The pay is far below market value compensation in Munich and there is no clear path of development within the company. The culture is very bad in general, a lot of pressure from management is put on the employees because of management set their deadlines too tight and made impossible promises to customers.

      Colleagues are nice (until they get disillusioned)

      Management has no clue what it's doing, keeps on pushing products that are not ready for the market, management makes empty promises to customers and employees, management keeps on firing little guys for their mistakes
