My experience from internship to fastest promotion.
Pros
[*The PROs are subjective from one person to another*] At my time at BrainStation, I would say I really enjoyed myself. I started off with the internship, which converted into a full-time role then I got promoted after I showed my true performance. The Pros are the following: - An incredible and super knowledgable team behind you who's there to support you. Ask for support, be clear and you will get amazing feedback and how to improve. - Office in Shoreditch is lovely. - Specifically, my manager, director and VP of Growth [Ariana Barani, Sean Faris and Radek Meljon] are the people who have made my experience invaluable - truly outstanding people - If you want to pursue a career in B2C sales, it doesn't get better than this, since you do not need to generate a pipeline, but you need to convert the pipeline for you. - If you truly put in the effort and you start performing, you will be noticed in the company, and more opportunities will come your way. - CEO's office is right next door, which allows you to have exposure.
Cons
[*The CONs are subjective from one person to another*] - Work from home allowance only once a week? In 2025? Yes. - Promotion = constant pushing. Do not expect to be given a promotion just like that. - Selling a Product that is debatable whether it has tangible outcomes... - Other markets like Canada or the US feel like different companies almost.
