Pros
Easy commute. Comp is pretty good - but don't let that fool you.
Cons
The owner is perhaps the most ruthless, cold-hearted person I have ever met. And while that is good when negotiating, it's awful for employee morale. This is one of the strangest atmosphere's I've ever worked. There is an "inside circle", and if you're not a part of it - and not many are - you'll likely be shown the door pretty quickly. I've seen it happen too many times. There are a few nice people in the office, but there's a general feeling of mistrust and disconnect.
