I have been with Braintrust Tutors for about three years now, and have been enjoying my online tutoring experience! 💖 The company's well-designed curriculum and various tutoring materials save tutors' preparation time, make lesson instruction easy, and boost tutors' teaching confidence. The recently launched features of the tutoring platform allow students and tutors to work on multiple interactive activities, which makes the lesson fun, engaging, and worthwhile. The company offers a very competitive pay rate and flexible tutoring hours, and their Tutor Support Staff, Coaches, and CSMs are wonderful people who have always been supportive. I am privileged and grateful to be one of the tutors with Braintrust- and I highly recommend this company to every aspiring online tutor/teacher out there! 🤩

My favorite thing about working for BrainTrust is the people. It makes such a difference to be surrounded by good, kind, honest people—not to mention smart, creative, and hardworking, too. I also appreciate how much management values continuous learning and career development. The concept of "staying in your lane" does not remotely exist here. Employees are encouraged to wear many hats if they express interest in doing so.
