      Poor, arrogant management squandering the hard work of many talented people.

      Pros

      There are many highly-skilled and talented staff here from whom entry-level staff can learn valuable technical skills.

      Cons

      The arrogance, poor choices and dysfunction of the current (younger) leadership team, led by CEO JC is toxic and permeates every level of the organization. Reckless, poorly-researched acquisitions to expand geographically rather than invest in quality has driven additional bad decisions to jettison top-quality senior staff. Mid-higher level folks should be cautious accepting offers with VERY firm expectations. Office hours are strict and comp time policies far sub standard.

      Pay and vacation time ESOP is a benefit

      Cons

      Company policies followed dependent on who you work for Long hours expected due to ever increasing workload If you don't keep up you're gone Extremely political Be prepared to "play the game" It isn't how well you do your job it's more about how phoney you need to be Too many vice presidents, principals, assistant principals, directors and managers Have gone overboard with titles Receptionist is called the Director of First Impressions Support like HR, Finance and IT are treated second rate Difficult to reach them or get them to return calls

      Pros

      Good co-workers, decent pay, decent paid time off.

      Cons

      Micro management to the roof! Let your hired professionals do their job. Years of college doesn't eqaul out to years in the field. Leadership in the upper management is very questionable. New practices and techniques aren't looked at as profitable. Stuck in doing it the same way. But preach diversity. Employee ownership is a bunch of bull. They make huge decisions and don't ask employees their input. They just do what ever with our money. Trust is big issue always. Too many vice presidents over nothing.
