The diverse atmosphere is celebrated by all. Management is generous with praise, and is willing to help you achieve your personal goals with support and kindness.

Since my start at Brawner over two years ago, I have learned a lot about the construction industry from management and peers. There is a wide range of experienced employees from no experience at all, all the way up to 30+ years experience that are always willing to help and teach. The work environment at Brawner has a "small company" feel in that you really get to know everyone that you see every day and everyone is open to conversation and questions.
