Pros

Smaller contractor with bright future benefits are competitive.

Cons

Pay could be higher, and a Higher PTO rate or leave would have been nice, but it is standard.

Pros

Work/Life Balance, Valuable Experience, Medical Benefits, Paid Time Off, Remote Work. Great company.

Cons

No real cons, only thing is, as with any remote position, you will not be as close with your coworkers as opposed to an on site position.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad you chose to work with us because of our positive work-life balance, valuable experience, and excellent benefits. Our aim is to provide an environment that supports our team members both personally and professionally. Regarding your observation about remote work, we completely understand the sentiment. While remote positions offer flexibility and autonomy, they can sometimes present challenges in fostering the same level of close relationships with colleagues that in-person roles might provide. We are always exploring ways to bridge this gap through virtual activities and regular check-ins. As always, thank you for being a part of the BreakPoint Labs team and offering feedback that helps continue to improve our delivery of high-end cybersecurity services for our clients.

Pros

Great place to work. Really good work life balance. Got to work from my RV on a starlink on occasion which allowed me to fit skiing into the workweek.

Cons

Not much. Fully remote with no office you will have to be OK not meeting your coworkers if you do not live around DC.

Thanks for leaving us a review about your time at BreakPoint Labs. We're thrilled that you found a good work-life balance with us and that our culture resonated with you. We appreciate your feedback about our decision to be predominantly remote. We know it can be tough to build connections virtually, and we're committed to working on this to find ways to help our team members feel more connected, even when they're not in the same physical space. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts with us. Your feedback will help us make BreakPoint Labs an even better place to work.
