- NO CAREER GROWTH FOR ADMINISTRATION STAFF ( Lecturers are promoted to programme managers based on looks and submissiveness, programme coordinators/administration are promoted SOMETIMES when they submit their resignation letters, otherwise forgotten)
- sales girls are usually spoken to very sexually by the male managers, personally i have heard sales managers speaking about girls very sexually IN-FRONT of them, sales girls are also chased around, groped, and "carried" chased around like playing kids games, it might just be genuine childishness, but it sends the wrong message to other stakeholders about the office culture
