They mean well, but there's no room for growth.

Pros

Co-workers, in general the people who work here try to do their best everyday, the flexible schedule is also good as the management is never there, they don't know when you come and leave.

Cons

Micro-managing, incompetent managers, meddling CEO, deceitful and gossipy environment. If you want to grow in your career and have your ideas heard and valued, don't work here.

Stressful environment where they do not treat their employees well.

Pros

Great colleagues. Very nice working with the international community. Great job right out of college. All of the staff is friendly but not the management.

Cons

They do not appreciate their employees. Very few full time staff so they don't have to pay insurance. The owner and the director do not seem to know what they are doing. The director is a micro-manager who needs to have total control. Very hard to get a raise. Stressful environment.

Pros

- Fun place to work because of students and fellow employees - Opportunity to meet people from all over the world - Training and professional development opportunities - Pretty good teaching materials available (NatGeo)

Cons

- Upper management had no presence - No cohesive structure between education dept and other departments - All teachers were downsized because of the pandemic, and CEO never acknowledged us, thanked us for our service, or apologized - Were promised updates about when we might be hired back, but the in-person teaching was abolished and no one was hired back - Low pay and no benefits - No raise unless you kept earning higher degrees
