      Grew too fast - poor leadership

      Pros

      - Nice work environment - Has carved out a nice niche in big industry

      Cons

      - Grew very fast - still a very immature organization - Leadership is the "good 'ole boy" club. Lacks vision and strategy - Little chance for advancement - Way too loyal to poor performers.

      Extremely High Turnover Rate and There is a reason!

      Pros

      Good environment to learn new things. They will use as much of your knowledge and abilities as humanly possible. Pay is decent especially if you remain contract and get paid for the long hours you will put in. The business is doing well.

      Cons

      Weekly deployments during weekends at midnight or 1am. No appreciation for the many, many hours you put in - it's expected. No playbook or documentation to go by. Mistakes are made repeatedly. Some managers have no business being managers there!
