Pros

Having been with the company for 2 years now, there is one thing that has stood out to me above all else - every team, department head and senior leader wants to see your individual success and ensure you have the tools to grow and learn further. This is a breathe of fresh air and a great environment to work in as well as to be a part of a company with these values.

Cons

Remote working can sometimes be a little tricky, having taken away the ability to be in person with some of the team and communicate quicker if I need something but nothing is too much trouble when it comes to getting any assistance from each department when needed.

Pros

The EMDECS product is one of the best solutions available for truck and trailer maintenance management. Built with current Oracle technology EMDECS has a future which most if its competitors lack

Cons

Lack of focus and total disregard for their clients and the clients business. Having recently announced an acquisition of a failing TMS services organization BrightOrder will continue to bleed money until they pull the plug and walk away from the millions they have already lost.

We pride ourselves in our Cloud-based solution that helps thousands of users and many multinational corporations maintain and manage their fleet. The acquisition of the transportation consulting business was a strategic move to become a full service provider for customers in the transportation and logistics market. This includes our EMDECS Cloud-based software for fleet maintenance and repair, consulting and implementation, and managed hosting - all focused on the logistics part of the supply chain. This type of growth and the required acquisition integration includes change, with the positive outcome of our ability to better support customers in our core market.
