Support all the way

Pros

The support structure is the best I've ever experienced with the management team always open to providing 1-2-1 advice if needed. It's a new company with a small team so if you do well you get to make your mark and get recognized. Everyone really wants everyone else to succeed. A colorful mix of characters.

Cons

As mentioned by somebody else, this is a sales office so targets can be stretching, but hey, that's why I quit my old dull career to choose this one!

Desperate Need for Senior Leadership Overhaul

Pros

I am relatively new to the company but am always impressed with the work environment at this company. All the people on the ground are simply amazing and there are some stand out gems of people who work so hard, but everyone does work so well together. The products we offer, in the main are outstanding, making it a joy to work with and easy to sell. The marketing and content teams are particularly wonderful. It's could be an even more fantastic place to be, but I do believe it's filled with talented and passionate individuals who all make every day enjoyable.

Cons

Despite the potential and dedicated efforts of many employees, it is clear that sales will continue to decline in the future. It’s very frustrating how the Senior Leadership Team makes decisions without understanding or asking those on the frontline. They act blindly, refusing to listen to the employees who actually keep the company running. Shareholders need to recognize that the real problem is with the top leaders. The SLT needs to go if the company will move forward and bring back the talented people they just made redundant. Useless. Until these out-of-touch leaders are replaced, nothing will change, and both company and clients will continue to suffer.
