Pros
You can do whatever you want basicallY, you have to actually try to get fired, even then, they still will probably keep you.
Cons
Pay absolutely sucks. Absolutely hot in the summer and cold during the winter. They don’t appreciate their employees.

Good benefits such as PTO, life insurance, medical, dental, and vision...
Cons
Management does NOT know how to run a business. Years of experience they have yet they are the most unstable managers I've ever had. Overworked and blamed for everything even if corrected. Company isn't all that great.
