Pros

Positive, open to innovation and encourage participation. Very good employee relations in Europe.

Cons

Never ever work in the Dubai base. Cold culture and absolute clueless management. No work-life balance, or employee relations as long as the work gets done. Complete opposite what's found in Europe.

Pros

Always projects going on, and if you are motivated and willing to learn, you can quickly become a subject matter expert on the next new big thing. If you get on several of these projects, your reputation grows and work becomes more rewarding. Pride in your workplace, community involvement, quality, money-making company.

Cons

Biggest customers can be prone to pushing Brightpoint around a bit. Brightpoint says "yes" a lot of times to these requests.

Pros

The people in the trenches at our location were great. The fellow employees for the most part were great to work with, with limited exceptions

Cons

Outside our location, is where the lunacy started. From attempting to get the staff to do the work of 5x the number of people or more, to the constant overhang threat of jobs being sourced to Ingram Micro's overseas shops, it was a nightmare. Eventually that was exactly what happened.
