Brodie Management is a sham! The management team is extremely biased, and favors certain racial demographics over others. The Annapolis office is by far the worst management office I have ever encountered. They mishandle money, they are rude to clients, and all around untrustworthy. Any HOA looking to sign with Brodie should reconsider as soon as possible! Their revolving door of managers is a huge red flag to their instability. Small, outdated, and not worth a contract! Beware!

I don't think they are managed well. High turnover, low pay, and not great benefits. The focus is on putting out fires and not creating positive change for clients, the company, and employees.
