Pros

Brooks is a place where you drive your own future, development opportunities are there for those who seek them, there is a strong focus on developing individuals to ensure a diverse workforce, there is limited hierarchy and leadership are open, honest, approachable and transparent. I look forward to many more years here.

Cons

Very fast paced environment can be difficult for some, with many companies being integrated sometimes the structure has silos but the organisation is working hard to integrate. Fast pace growth often also means you are often behind on hiring headcount to handle the workload.

Pros

Brooks is a great employer. It is an ethical workplace with strong values. The crew is united, well works as a team. People are friendly, management approachable. A good place to learn new skills or to share your knowledge, as Brooks employees tend to be open-minded. The endless distinction of projects, applications, and customers. Really interesting place, constantly evolving. Thanks to the variation of different products, site locations, and technologies, the place with an opportunity to find your own. Sports clubs, annual family days, Christmas parties (that’s before the COVID-19 era) are good opportunities Brooks provides to learn about co-workers outside the workplace. Multicultural and multinational workforce forms a unique essence to the job.

Cons

Facilities and offices are outdated.
