They try to micromanage everything at this company,lacking focus, silo communication. constantly changing work methods, and consistently making simple tasks unnecessarily complicated and management based solely on personal preferences. disrespectful, speaking without a filter. They try to do anything to bring down someone who’s good at their job. Upper manager dislikes when their employees know more than them and are more qualified than them.When moving up or move to a different position with more work/responsibilities you will still have the same pay.

No room for growth, management is horrible since they want you basically being a snitch about other employees since that means your loyal to the company, they pay horribly for all the workload they want to give you, and there is no HR to protect your rights as an employee.
