You'll have a lot of great stories to tell people about how ridiculously overworked and underpaid you are.

Cons

One time, a negative Glassdoor review was posted about Brunico and they sent a manager to question anyone who seemed vaguely unhappy to see if they'd posted it, which is a remarkable amount of initiative shown by a company that reviews to make even the most basic of changes when people were sobbing in managers' offices about how exhausted they were.

Company sets unrealistic targets that cannot be achieved, thus not allowing for any bonus to be obtained. Travelling for work seems like a cool perk, but when you're limited to a very small amount to expense for your meal in another country, you're constantly penny pinching and hoping you don't go over the budget. Sometimes you can't even afford a decent meal without having to go out.
