Beware of working in the Accounting Department!
Pros
Vacation, personal and sick time is okay. 401K match is nice and you are 100 vested right away. Pay was fair and they gave good bonuses.
Cons
Middle management of the Accounting Department is VERY poor and unprofessional and NO ONE in upper management wants to face or deal with the problems so that manager in allowed to continue their poor management of the department without any recourse. VERY poor communication by middle management and upper management of this department. There is a lot of harassment and favoritism that goes on and it is NOT a productive working environment at all. You can smell the crematory from the Administrative offices since they were recently combined. The location is just West of Methodist hospital so the traffic is terrible. Upper management only cares about profits and don't care about their employees.
