RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Buckeye Partners full-time for less than a year
Pros
The company is well established in the Lehigh Valley, and it shows. They have robust internal practices to maximize efficiencies, and they take your thoughts into consideration if you have a new idea/process that could improve things. The pay is incredible, and I never feel micromanaged. Love it!
Cons
Like all established companies, they can come across as stuck in their ways. It's steadily gotten better, but still a ways to go in some departments. They would also do well to bring in younger talent.

Pros
Teamwork, challenging assignments, and empowerment
Cons
A bit too little processes and procedures and possibly too lean. Standardization and planning would increase efficiency. Additional resources and controls needed in some areas. Although they have been highly successful using the current means and methods.

RecommendsPositive OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at Buckeye Partners full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
The people are amazing, I enjoy getting to work in the morning and working with my group, autonomy to get your job done in your way, plenty of opportunities, great exposure to all levels of the entire company
Cons
Confused vision of the future, won’t spend thousands of dollars on very useful resources but will spend millions of dollars on failed acquisitions
