Pros

Good pay and benefits are still decent. PTO, holidays, and no weekends. Work with the community. Lots of restaurants in doylestown.

Cons

Extremely political, so your manager/supervisor is likely an idiot who only got the job bc they know someone. Catty offices full of immature men and women. Most think they are entitled to too much. A lot of sneaky things go on, people have a ton of secrets, and you just hope your on the "good" side of the secret. Managers micromanage your every move. Your.every.move. You get "stuck" here bc the pay is good, but you deserve better!!!
