      Pros

      Some very talented people (used to) work here, there is the bones a good game stifled by directionally ambiguous narcissistic management and people who view the project only as a jira dash board or monetization opportunity. Compensation can be OK if you're in the right job role.

      Cons

      You're either in or your out. There are a select circle treated like their opinions are gold plated, while everyone else is just an expendable resource. The company is far too top heavy and the actual devs are treated as the bottom rung with absolute contempt for their thoughts, feedback, training or job security.

      Salary can be good if negotiated effectively.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime, even if you don't have tight deadlines. Vague redundancy and overtime compensation rules. Unclear direction of the game from upper management. Zero care for staff well-being. Bizarre, paranoid conspiracy theories about employees leaking the game causing apathy to all staff. Blatant nepotism and favouritism stemming from newer management under Mark.
