      Pros

      great place if you like to work hard and continuously learn. Everyday you will be doing the same basic functions, however, new trouble shooting issues arrive daily. Great job if you are hands on, great job if you are good at time management. Ability to move up quickly.

      Cons

      Some people won't stay because they are afraid to work for their money, This causes the ones that do stay to work overtime to compensate production.

      Pros

      Just as with any place of employment, the environment is generally what you make of it. Do your job in a satisfactory manner and you will be content. Management has a strong desire to see the company succeed and is willing to put forth the capital to ensure these goals are met.

      Cons

      The challenges are no different but no greater than what any other similar corporation experiences i.e. budgets, production issues, etc. Inevitability you will have an employee who feels he or she was wronged or feels they are entitled to more than they currently receive.
