"Squeezes out long-term employees instead of managing them honestly."

Pros

Pros: The employee discount on products is a solid perk on paper, but the way it is managed completely ruins the benefit.

Cons

Pros: The employee discount on products is a solid perk on paper, but the way it is managed completely ruins the benefit. Cons: There is a toxic pattern of driving employees out instead of handling changes ethically. If the company decides they no longer want to pay your salary, they will not hesitate to resort to constructive dismissal. It is common practice here to systematically worsen working conditions to force salaried staff to resign so the company can avoid paying severance. For hourly employees, it’s just as bad: rather than giving constructive feedback, leadership will simply slash your hours down to nothing to force you out. Even the employee perks are weaponized. The product discount is handled with zero fairness or ethical standards. Dedicated staff members who have been with the company for years have suddenly had their discounts stripped away simply because they didn't meet arbitrary hour quotas, or frankly, because they weren't management favorites. Because of these cutthroat, unethical HR practices—or rather, a complete lack of real HR oversight—this company has lost a massive amount of high-quality, long-term employees.

Pros

Pro deals. That is where it ends

Cons

I left this job with ptsd. Bullied by management and staff. If you speak up, your hours are cut as a punishment. Eventually leading to you being fired. Zero loyalty towards staff, opinion, skills etc. Ran by a narcissist. Don’t drop your resume off. Pass. Skip over it. Save your mental health.

Pros

Pro deals - but unfortunately you have to work a required amount of hours in order to get it. You will not get the amounted hours required as they are always hiring students for cheap labour.

Cons

- Low wage - Lack of shifts given - Will fire employees if they defend their actions - No empathy or Human Resources - Agism Bushtukahs strategy is to constantly hire new employees until they think they found a hard enough worker. If you do not fit into the category, they will not schedule you. Thus saving money by not firing. Store discount is classified into two tiers. If you are a "good worker, you will obtain it" If you are a tier 2 worker, it is not even worth it. Customers sales get a better discount. Management is often stressed out from the owner and controller. The feeling is passed down the chain. Supervisors are often beat down from the owner and store manager to a point of mental anguish. You are required to sell $200 a hour of product. They are diligent you achieve this goal. A lot is asked for the pay grade that is giving Hard to get pay increase every year, as they say "the market is horrible and store isn't making sales - fallacy as Bushtukah opened a new location in Orleans. If you are sports oriented, look into trailhead, MEC, or full cycle. Owner is seems has different and can be aggressive.
