      Pros

      There is not one pro to this place. It is a sweat shop of horrors. Management is horrible. Ownership is horrible.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING!! Like I said there is not one positive. The two reviews prior to this were probably written by management. Nothing is improving. Employees are treated with no respect or regard. Management routinely speaks down to and belittles employees. There is an employment agency called Spine Search that sends people here. This place has a rotating door, employees are constantly quiting or getting fired. There is no job security. SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!

      the employees are nice and are supportive to each other

      In the six months I have been there--4 people were hired around the same time as me. They were let go with a month to two months for not meeting the company's unrealistic expectations. Three other employees also left the company in disgust, The managers were cruel and sarcastic. They constantly harassed their employees. The above COMMENTS BY OTHER PEOPLE ARE 100% TRUE. They disregard people's feelings and only care about speed and production. They are MORE INTO recording your errors and not focusing on good work that one does.. They constantly nag,, you by asking you if you are done yet. Forget about working in this HELL HOLE
