      The students! The relationship you build with the students are everything.

      EVERYTHING. Do yourself a favor and never apply to this company. Management IS TRAGIC! Turn over rate is unbelievable. Pay is trash also. Believe everything people says about this company it’s the truth! I wish I did

      The mission is great and staff is dedicated to helping people overcome great hurdles to find sustainable employment.

      Cons

      CEO is a micromanager to the extreme. Benefits are horrible. Mandated 10-hour work days. Climate of fear in the workplace. Full professional dress every day - even when there are no clients in the office.
