Pros

- Fun, productive environment - It constantly helps younger salespeople grow - Lots of fun just to be at work, without encroaching on people who need to concentrate - Management is always honest about performance, good or bad - Everyone is always helpful, regardless of the matter in question, and of their seniority within the company - Fridays are super fun, as the office orders in drinks, and has pool table, dartboard and table football

Cons

- 100% inflexible on lateness - No paid sick days - Pressure to perform, but perfectly within the parameters of most sales companies - Location, it's a bit out of reach for Central London

Pros

If you find your stride in the job there's a really decent amount of money to be made. The product offering is going through a boom period, so you're able to sell globally with relative ease. There's optional daily training with the MD, where you can choose problem areas that you've encountered and work on them to be better. Flexible in terms of working from home as much as you want, (I worked abroad in the sun for a couple of months as well). In any company you always get the odd person you don't get on with, but everyone here tends to get on well. Senior Management are approachable and as long as it aligns with the best interests of the company, will listen to ideas on how to improve certain areas. The company works with great global brands and publishers.

Cons

Before working from home, the office was a bit out of the way. The company has doubled its revenue in the 3 years since I started and the product offering has improved a huge amount. While the company is certainly ambitious, the processes internally don't always match up to this which on occasion got in the way of me getting deals/repeating customers. This started to change towards the end of my time there but was definitely a pain. Could've done with more holiday days.
