      Dynamic & Creative Company That Is Fun To Work For!

      Pros

      I am celebrating my 1 year work anniversary with Business View and I can honestly say that this has been a great journey from the start. There is a refreshing and unique corporate culture where core values that are not just buzzwords but actually put into practice and lived out corporately as a team.

      Cons

      You have to be organized, articulate, digital marketing savvy. We work on a lot of projects and tasks simultaneously and you have to be able to keep up in a fast-paced deadline oriented industry such as publishing. There is a learning curve being that it was a new indsutry for me but I have had great support and mentors.

      The team is very supportive, professional and efficient. Open dialogue and creative ideas are encouraged and recognized. Opportunity to add work responsibilities is valuable.

      Very busy, but just speaks to the company's success and recognition in the industry

      Pros

      Lots of Pros to list: Professional development, great compensation, amazing culture & systems, fantastic team and people to work with, you get to learn a lot about business, too many to list! Marcus is a phenomenal leader, Matt & Alex are great as well. I am really proud to work here, it's been the best job I've ever had.

      Cons

      Only downside is remote working can feel a bit isolating but aside from that, the cons are virtually non-existent.
