      Pros

      Not one. I’m not kidding. This place is the dementor of young people’s careers.

      Cons

      Hours are grim. Pay is appalling. Work is undynamic and gruelling. Office politics are staggeringly vicious for a 20-person team. Culture breeds bullying, cliques, anxiety and takes a heavy toll on mental health.

      Pros

      Byfield is a genuinely positive company that looks after its people and provides excellent support at every level. The work is varied and interesting, the team is friendly and collaborative, and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved beyond day-to-day work. The company culture is fantastic, with great social events and a real focus on employee wellbeing. Overall, it has been an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Byfield as a place to work.

      As a growing business, there can be busy periods where workloads increase, but the team is supportive and works well together to manage demands.
