      Flexible work-life balance but poor product and support

      Work life balance is flexible

      Cons

      Product is not configured for customer success, it is barely operational and provides customers little value. Internal processes and structure are nonexistent and makes completing work at a regular standard nearly impossible. Everyone has an opinion but no one is willing to help, no teamwork at the end of the day.

      Well-located office in Rotterdam Blaak. The office itself is quite nice. Free lunches are provided.

      Cons

      There is a general lack of ownership and accountability. Processes are slow and inefficient. Many people seem disengaged and unproductive. The DevOps team is often unresponsive and tends to ignore requests.
