Nice global environment and free tickets to the world cup if you have friendships with counterparts from the parent company, match hospitality.
Cons
Poor management, very hassle routine affected by specific managers that treat you like a slave. Very low pay and no chance to become permanent. During the events, you work easily more than 12 hours/day and some managers are just useless, since they do not help to solve the problem and never seat as a leader, just as a dictator. However, because they have been working there for years, with some degree of trust from the Byrom's family, they still survive in their roles.

Good chance to experience once in a lifetime events and network.
Cons
Bad pay, no job titles, no raises or promotions unless negotiated by the good graces of one of the directors. You could be there for years and not get a proper raise.
